🏆Construction Startup Competition 2021 Final

Leonard is a partner of the "Construction Startup Competition 2021" alongside Cemex Ventures, Dysruptek, GS Futures, Ferrovial, Hilti and NOVA by Saint-Gobain, to identify and support start-ups working to transform the construction industry. See the ten finalists!

🤝 "Les entreprises s'engagent" (Companies are commited)
Last Friday, Leonard welcomed Elisabeth Borne, Minister of Labour, Employment and Integration, and Thibaut Guilluy, High Commissioner for Employment and Business Commitment, for the launch of the "Les entreprises s'engagent" platform. In the presence of Xavier Huillard, Chairman and CEO of VINCI, they also met the entrepreneurs who are members of the intrapreneurs, start-up and artificial intelligence programmes, as well as the players in the social and solidarity economy hosted by Leonard. 

👷 Health and safety
Impulse Partners, the OPPBTP and the CCCA-BTP have just published the Observatory of innovation trends in the construction industry (in French). During the public presentation of the report, which took place on 21 October, Alexis Waeselynck, Leonard's safety and innovation officer, shared Leonard's prospective work on safety and innovation approaches.

CostCertified raises $8.45 million for its residential construction budget simulator. Canada’s Trusscore, a specialist in PVC panels based on nanomaterials research, raises $21 million. European fund 2150 raises $312 million for its “Urban Sustainability Technology Fund”, aimed at reducing the environmental impact of cities.
